I was at Bob Jane Mandurah few ago for front wheels installation, wheel balancing and alignment. The job took approx. 1.5 hours and paid $170 in total. Took the car way an immediately realised vibration in a car and also no difference in a drive, as car was still pulling to its left at lower speed. Took the car back to them, a rude lady came to me few minutes after and said; we have checked everything and found no issues. Came back home and started working on car to find the issue, went down the car and realised no spanner was used on both front adjustable tie rods, there was still dirt/oil/carbon on them (Those who work on cars can realised what I am talking about). Anyways, took the car to another tyre shop, and asked him, If he can recheck the wheel alignment which was done few weeks back. The shop guy called me inside his workshop and showed me the same thing ( the tie rods were not touched for ages). I realised straightaway, as I was waiting for what he would say. He also told me that this is known as Bob Jane's special, apparently very famous in the market. Bob Jane also call their wheel alignment as premier wheel alignment. I really could not understand the difference really. Anyway, this new shop provided great service, the shop checked brakes, rear/front wheels and every other possible causes. The shop initiated wheel balancing/alignment and guess what, both of them were significantly out causing that constant vibration on my steering wheel and gas pedal.Complete wastage of $170 for the service which was not done at all. Imagine the time/effort/stress, I put in to find other possible causes. I will not recommend this place.

Been coming here for a number of years now and spent a few thousand dollars …Steve, Deb, Troy, Carl and the team are great and their work is not in question …But, what is the point of making an appointment if you are still sat in the “waiting” room for an hour and your car is still sat outside …Respectfully, my time is precious too, I cannot afford to wait around this long …Can you please sort this out for my continued support.Cheers

Excellent service, helped save us from a tight spot. Bob Jane Mandurah did an on the spot tire repair to get us back on the road, they also called around and found us a new tire at one of their other branches. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!

We've had our SUV's wheels aligned, balanced and rotated recently at Bob Jane Mandurah. Their customer service over the phone and in person is amazing, plus I was able to have a little cuddle with the shops furry resident, Toby. All of our concerns were noted and looked into. The experience with them as a whole is just easy and incredibly satisfying. Thank you everyone at Bob Jane Mandurah ☺️

Steve was most helpful and professional in helping us on Easter Saturday where no other tyre business was open. New tyre fitted within half an hour with a smile. Most grateful and will be returning for all our tyre needs.

Karl, at bob jane was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted when it came to choosing my wheels. Him and his team got the job done quickly and thoroughly went over the car. I’m a very picky person when is comes to my car and wouldn’t take my car to anyone else! Thanks guys see you next time!

Troy was polite and friendly when called. Checked system to see what good branded tyres were available within my budget after the ones I enquired about weren't in WA. Was able to get them the following day and also book my car in within 24hrs.Have dropped one star as can't do 1/2 star as it was more of an observation. When I dropped the car off, it was apparent that the lady behind the desk was finishing some paperwork off, which is all good. However, a quick acknowledgement and to say I will be with you in a moment rather than nothing until she had finished. She was too friendly to deal with.
