Had a new vehicle that I took delivery of recently and also a set of new wheels and tyres that I had purchased privately that I wanted to swap over the factory tyres with.First stop was this shop as it is the closest to my house. Greeted by a friendly old boomer stating “nah we don’t touch those”.. ie unless you purchase tyres from us we do not touch you car. Being rather surprised at the response I asked politely again “ so you don’t offer wheel change around service at all? “Response “nah” with the cheekiest smile ever..Went to the other nearest across the freeway. Bridgestone tyres. “No worries just a service charge.”Guess which business will be getting my business with all my fleet of work cars..Edit: Hi Randel, your response only reinforces my 1 star rating for your business. I would deduct that remaining 1 star if possible.Judging by your staffs attitude, your reply and also the previous reviewer it does seem apparent that customer service certainly isn’t a priority for your business but rather to try and insult potential customers.I find your point indirectly suggesting a potential customer is a criminal with illegally purchased items is extremely insulting and shows the level of unprofessionalism of you and your staff.Good luck in a recession with that attitude and prices Randel ;)

We had a hard time trying to find a rim for our car but Tyrepower Jandakot went above and beyond for us. There service was excellent and staff extremely helpful. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and family. Thankyou for all your help.

Needed some new performance tyres on fairly short notice due to a flight, Ben and the team at tyrepower managed to find some good pirellis on the shelf and fit me in to an already fully booked morning and get me out the door within a couple of hours on an hour's notice. Very reasonable price for P Zeros and great service. Highly recommended.
