Not going back to this place, booked in to change two worn tyres, they replaced a perfectly good tyre and left the dangerous one on. Consequently it blew out 1.5 hrs out of Perth on Brookton Hwy. It was dangerous to change with trucks going past. Could only do 80km/hr on spare tyre.

Dropped off a small sedan tyre for repair 40$ (standard puncture in the tread, easy fix) picked up the tyre got home and realised they just used a string repair plug, (something that i could of done in the bush) I spoke to other tyre shops, these type of repair plugs are only suitable for offroad punctures when you have no other choice and need a quick repair just to get back to town. Once back in town it is recommended to get the tyre repaired professionally using a mushroom plug fitted from the inside of the tyre . So I returned the tyre and they fixed it this time with a proper plug. And the guy tried to make me pay 50$ extra I told him you gotta be joking

Booked an appointment for a tyre rotation and wheel alignment. They finally took my car into the workshop 40 min later. After THREE Hours said all done. I drove my car 200 m down the road and the wheel alignment was worse than when I came in. Another hour later it’s all done again. Car still pulls slightly to the left but can’t be bothered. I’ll never be going here again.

We had very good experience at this place.The guys supplied and fit the 35 inch Mudd Terrain tyres on the same day on Friday with a very reasonable price and done a very good job on Wheel alignment as well.Our car had some issues since we had lift kit and suspension installed from some other place last month but the boys fix most of the issues.We definitely going to refer this place to my friends and family

Dropped off 3 tyres for replacing as per phone consult, super unorganised on arrival, made me wait around for 15min just for them to take tyres, the guy kept on walking off talking another language to a colleague multiple times, unprofessional. Then when I picked them up, was cut off mid payment and spoken over the top of by another employee to the guy at the desk and had to wait to be served again whilst they had a 5min chat, no manners or simple customer service. Definitely won’t be returning.

These peeps did a great job. Lovely friendly service and a great report of their work completed. Kept everything within the quoted price, even though they did some extra work.

Guys are incompetent and untrustworthy. My tyre order came in and I was notified by automated email that they would contact me to arrange fitting, waited a week or so and didn't happen so called them. Booked in for 3pm Friday (today), advised 40 mins to fit and can wait until done, no worries. Get a phone call Thursday night we're closing 2pm Friday
