After getting a tyre replaced here and receiving excellent customer service, I returned to get them to check a tyre losing pressure (every three days due to a possible leak), I asked them to check and was told it was fine. I was disappointed as I wasn't given an explanation of how difficult it is to detect a leak, they sent me away on their professional opinion. I went to another company and they informed me the last company put on the poorest quality available (these tyres shredded very quickly) I was charged an extra $135. I'm just disappointed as I had several near accidents in the past due to unreliable tyres

Very helpful staff. Lucky to get same day appointment. I was able to use their waiting area to work on my laptop, while I waited. All tyres done within the 1.5 hours they promised

I've had two flat tyres on two separate occasions and both times the staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else especially when I needed urgent help.

Booked an appointment to repair a tyre with nail in it, after grtting a quote of $45 snd booking an apoiuntment for 12 today, we got there done the paperwork, then we asked if they could change the bolts to normal bolts and they said $20 fee, we said dont worry about that just repair the tyre. Then the manager come around and daid how can i repair the tyre if im not removing the bolt. We have to charge $20 to remove the bolt so that we can repair the tyre. Maybe you dhould charge $20 more for your hand to get dirty.what the hell is the branch. Never going to bob jane again. Gi to cuty discount tyres instead. Very respectful, honorable work, and thry removed and swaped our bolts without a fee. I be comibg here from now on and you should too

I went here for a tyre puncture which was actually a flat and unsafe tyre that was less than 12 months.I was treated with respect and on top of that there was no charge at all for putting my spare on my car.I can’t thank these guys enough for not trying to make money out of me but actually being of service.Thank you so much, it really made me feel valued as a person.
