Dishonest liars. Do not touch this mob with a 10foot pole. They told me a promotion on a mid-range sport tyre over the phone, then stuck cheap tyres on my car at that price, and wouldn't honour what they'd told me on the phone. Got led down the garden path. I should have guessed at the time I dropped my car off and heard him having another altercation on the phone with another obviously unhappy customer. Use other companies. Good luck with your business fella's, because Bunbury is a small place and word of mouth travels when you do the dirty on people.

I have had to delete my previous positive review as I have now had to have my car there twice for a wheel alignment and it's still not done correctly. The first time the steering wheel needed to be to the right for the wheels to be straight and now after returning the car it is now the opposite and the wheel needs to be to the left for the wheels to be straight. Very unhappy with this and have wasted $100. I have since had the job done properly for half this price.

I went in for a wheel alignment on a car I’d just purchased second hand. Not only was the wheel alignment guy (Will) really polite and super fast, but when he and the tyre fitter (Angus) realised there was a puncture in my tyre they let me know straight away and offered solutions, as well as correcting the alignment again to match the new tyre. She now drives like a dream and can’t recommend those two in particular high enough. Great job TP Bunbury

I was so happy with the service I received from Bunbury Tyrepower.I got a flat tyre in Bridgetown on Saturday night and Tyrepower Bunbury had the tyre in stock, provided good advice and then changed it over within 20 minutes after I arrived. Thank you so much.

Wow..... what a terrible terrible customer service experience on a recent purchase and fitment of 4 tires. Counter person took zero accountability for issues they created entirely by them at Bunbury Tyrepower. A flippant motionless non-genuine apology was made lacking any sincerity, it felt like I actually inconvenienced them being in the shop. The only thing I enjoyed was the coffee and leaving after making the full payment. We have 5 vehicles which will certainly go elsewhere from here on. Seriously need to work on customer service skills. I was not paid for this review.
