Very friendly customer service. Hayden gave me some useful advice which meant we ended up with a tyre more suited to our vehicle than the one I had chosen. The waiting room is spacious and spotless. OTR beat what I thought was a good price offered by another well-known retailer in Midland. Couldn't be happier and will recommend whenever I get a chance.

Great price, honest advice, top service. I wont go anywhere else.First visit, the tyre shop near my place cant give me better price than OTR.Second visit, The other service place advices us to change 2 tyres, Hayden looked at them and tought me how to check the tread, he said my tyres are fine for another 10,000 kms.
