Dropped a tyre in for a plug repair. Quick service on the repair but I had to get it out from under the ute and put it back myself. No mention of help or refitting it to the car. Personally I'd probably try somewhere else if it happened again.

We are backpackers. We punctured 5 minutes from the garage. We were very unwelcome, very very expensive. We asked to swap the front tires and the rear tires, which would have taken 5 mins (for $760, the mechanic could do it) but here is his answer: I don't have to do that. I have other things to do." They take advantage of it since they are the only ones in this small town and because we are tourists."

Great service! We were stuck in Karijini with 2 flats and John came promptly with the tow truck to pick us up and got us back on the road with 2 new tyres in 90 mins. Very impressed!
