Excellent to deal with, friendly staff, your one stop shop

On our recent return from the Eastern States we sustained a bent axle on our boat trailer after the spare wheel came adrift (long story), and struck the right trailer road wheel, causing the well-loaded boat/trailer to jump and come down heavily onto the road about 40 km east of Southern Cross. Southern Cross Tyre and Auto Service had the ordered replacement axle up from Perth by next morning and had the job finished well before lunch. That, and a replacement tyre fitted, were carried out well and at quite moderate cost. Friendly, efficient service. Recommended.

We were driving from Perth to Brisbane and barely a couple of hours in, blew one of my brand new tyres (from elsewhere) on the highway outside Merredin. It was Saturday and no one in Merredin had the right tyres for my car, and we only had a space saver to run on. We pushed on through to Southern Cross and Dave and the team saved us! They fitted a new tyre super quick, provided great service and sent us on our way. It was super affordable too - I thought we were going to have to pay big bucks to get back on the road quick but they’re a good honest crew who didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. Still super appreciative for the help - definitely saved the day!
